Yea we let some in state guys leave... but we also replaced them with some studs from out of state too. Does it matter where they come from?

I agree Bama's class is the best. No doubt about that.

Sorry i didnt get into specifics of the classes and ranked them individually.

Bama, LSU, and TAMUs class are the best in the SEC, and top 5 in the country. Top 5 class = tier 1.

You can individually rank them all you want. Thats now what I was doing. And if I was, Bama would be #1.

Mississippi State: meh

I can agree with this. We didn't get any stand out players, but I do like the ones we got. Also managed to fill a lot of holes in our roster.

Compared to the classes I ranked above them. And it can't even be considered any sort of diss. I simply broke the teams down into tiers and then ranked them within the tiers based off the 247 composite avg star ranking b/c I value quality over quantity.

Hardly. Oh, and not even a mention. You'll need to link it.

I wouldn't say all that matters, but it does give teams like State a chance to hold a lead late in the game against a bigger name such as LSU, A&M, Auburn etc.

My bad. I got distracted by the phrase you used so I was talking about laying pipe.

But seriously, talent and depth are great but if you have a glaring weakness that can be exposed talent and depth at other spots become rather meaningless in the grand scheme.

UGA has what 3 composite 5*
Tenn has 2 in Hurd and Malone that are a 1/10th of a point away from their fifth, and Hurd who was a composite 5* before injury.

UGA has 10 compposite 4*
TENN has 14 composite 4* not counting Hurd and Malone. 16 if you do.

With UT loading up on an additional 16 guys that fit their system.

We finished higher rated then you guys on every website for a reason. The fact that they only average the top 20 from each class makes your point of quantity factoring in on the better class moot.

To say Tenn has quantity over quality when they have both is laughable.
