Obviously winning the game is a positive.
But what a horrendous game for 3 1/2 quarters. Digging deep (very deep) I think I found some positives.

1. Winning on the road in the SEC is NEVER easy.
2. Bouncing back after the dumpster fire at home against IU to win on the road.
3. The defense looked improved against a pretty good SCAR offense. Still not sure if SCAR's offense was off Saturday or if it was because the defense held them down and kept them off balance.
4. Won a game with a VERY pedestrian WR corps and a reshuffled O-line due to injuries.
5. Tenacity and ever say die attitude. They did prove on both sides of the ball that no matter how bad they looked through 3 1/2 quarters, they had the guts to do what was necessary to get themselves pulled together to win in hostile environment. Players and coaches.
6. SCAR now knows how we felt last year after having the rug pulled out from under us at home.
Any others?

Oh ya, I left this out.
7. We got a bye week to try to heal up some injuries this weekend to get ready for Jawja & the Jorts

Your QB is good at knocking down senior citizens.

You confirmed how bad our Defense sucks and may have settled the Mauk v. Thompson argument.

on your last TD, your offensive line got a good push against a goal line defense

Being in the driver's seat is this game's biggest takeaway.

Beat Georgia and the East is ours, barring an apocalyptic collapse.

Although being a Missouri fan, I am all-too familiar with collapses of this nature.

Good list, but I don't think one had to go "deep (very deep)," to find those nuggets. Digging "deep (very deep)," might include:

Mizzou finally decided it would be healthy to Eat More Chicken.

Not worthy of the list.

Very true. I just knew on 4th and goal they were going to try a bootleg pass to the TE

Good point. Then it should be amended......

Mizzou finally remembered it was healthy to Eat More Chicken.

We tried but they were still pissy about us leaving like the rest of the Big XII or 10 or how ever many there are now.

The Border War will never end. It continues with vitriol on TigerBoard and Phognet.
