From what I've gathered Trev Alberts did his part. You can dismiss the AD's role in this back alley deal because you have to live with him. But Alberts did nothing right at Nebraska and he looks like he is still running with the same theme. Great ADs matter.

At the end of the day, a coach left to go to a better program.
Aggie baseball hasn’t even won a conference title since a 2011 Big 12 championship, so saying someone is trying to cripple your program is a really big stretch.
