The Big 6 has won every SEC title in the modern era

Texas is not a member of the Big 6.

End scene.

OU maybe.
Texas? No. They’re too busy having dildo protests trying to call songs racist that aren’t actually racist.

Like Mizzou with the poop swastikas

Yeah, but that's not really the question.

If the question is, Will Tx or OK win a SEC championship before Arky, SC, TA&M or Mizzou, I think I'd have to bet on Ok.

Y'all are never winning it, therefore, this is a moot question.

OU is in a much better place than Texas right now. Ithink Texas still needs a couple years of recruiting to get to that level. If both were in the SEC right now, i could see OU having a legitimate chance to have a 10 win season. texas would probably be an 8 win team...

now when they both join, that may look different but OU just has the better program.

this

Aggy appeared to have a chance but we could spend $600,000,000,000,000 and still not win the SEC.

Because aggy.

Never? That’s a long time. We are only a couple years removed from kicking your arse up and down the field. And look where you are now.

I don’t see how you can make this assumption right now. OU can’t compete with Texas when it comes to recruiting. It’s a proximity thing more than anything. The only thing that has been lacking from Texas is consistency at coaching. And I think most would agree that Texas is on a great path.

We're national champions, that's where we are now. Thank you very much.

Uhhhh....where's Texas?

I’d take OU over every other expansion team, but let’s be honest, this is not worth discussing until Saban retires. Some team may put it together and beat Alabama or UGA in a season, but nobody else has the talent to beat both.

False. Texas and OU are in for a world of hurt when they have to play an SEC slate. Hell, Ole Miss beat both Texas and OU the last time we played.

That’s what I’m saying. Things change quickly and forever is a long time. Georgia isn’t gonna be there forever so enjoy it while you can.

Alabama and Georgia are elite teams. No question. The rest of the SEC is comparable with the Big 12. So don’t give me that bull shite.

Or did you forget that you got your arse kicked by Baylor?

As long as Texas is in the SEC, UGA will never have to worry 'bout finishing in last place.

Bama was 7-0 in SEC play...Kentucky* was 6-0...the old Bear Bryant trick of playing an extra SEC game to serve as the tie-breaker reared its head again. Bama was the SEC Champion.

*Also...Kentucky was ineligible for the conference championship because of NCAA probation.

EDIT to add - 1976 Kentucky has a share of the SEC title...but only because Mississippi State forfeited all of its wins (rather than vacated) due to NCAA rules infractions...so Kentucky's loss to them was wiped from both team's official records.
