Trooper has been apparently using some fun expressions in interviews:
"You can't make the club in the tub"
When asked about the 2008 receiving woes: "That's all BTT - Before Troop Time - I don't care about any of it."
But WHAT the hell is he saying below about Carr??? I need someone smarter than me to translate. He needs to get tougher?? He needs to be faster?? What does "I can't ride him" mean??
**Taylor also said Quindarius Carr looks good when he comes out for practice. ``I'm really trying to get Q to understand his body because he is a pretty receiver,'' Taylor said. ``He looks the part but I told him right now he's like a limo without gas. He looks good and I can't ride him. So I need him to go ahead and get some gas in his tank and go.''

Getting back to the original post (sorry to interrupt the Bama bashing), my guess is Carr needs to work on his conditioning.
I think Taylor is saying Carr runs the routes good (looks good) but doesn't have the conditioning to go the whole game (doesn't have the gas). If he was a limo, he would look good sitting out front, but without the gas in it, you can't go anywhere - the looks are all for show.

it could just mean he's soft or not tough enough to compete like Troop wants him to be.

Trooper definitely needs to quit listening to gay phone sex before he conducts interviews. It's clouding his ability to make non-homosexual metaphors.
