I know I can count on myself here, so this is invalidated. I'm sure many of the Bama Board OG would feel the same

Been telling these buffoons this since the move was announced. But they're mentally fragile and really need their narratives.

Earn about $30,000 more per student.

And you will reach Auburn-Level.

Shut up until then.

Take care of your State if you are the Corner-Stone, and stop asking other States to handle your financial failures.

LSU vs TAMU

This has to be some kind of a joke. LSU and Florida, LSU and Ole Miss, hell LSU and Arkansas is a better Rivalry game every year than this fabricated garbage.

Face it, the Cajuns are obsessed with TAMU. It plays in the rant like a Greek tragedy thread after thread. Maybe it's because even Jimbo held his own against you guys when you desperately tried to hire him. At BAMA we understand what that can look like.

The fact that 120 purple posters will now chime in on why it isn't true will be ample proof of why it is. Not only is TAMU your rival but you people are downright psychotic about it.

The Iron Bowl has come along way in the eyes of the bammers in recent years.

It’s probably a combo of all three. But the vast majority of Bama fans seem to embrace the Iron Bowl rivalry for what it’s always been far more than they did not so long ago.

I don't know who your neighbors are, and you sound like you've done a lot of research. But when hated rivals have competitive teams they all do better. I think the predictability of wins in the rivalry has a lot to do with my list.

I give a big shoutout to history when it comes to hated rivals. Some fans have seen more and been through more than others. I've seen plenty. I also happen to live not far from Opelika West. I have family members who proudly wear Crimson and a few who have lost their way. It all just depends.

So just for everyone's understanding. OU fans believe that their University, historically known as the "Wallflowers" when it comes to expansion, are now the "Train Drivers" for the Texas/OU move to the SEC? Not Texas, the University that has the ESPN Longhorn network and the University that has been telling OU which way is up for decades?

I mean.......you can cling to your retarded simp narratives all you want but it's a fact OU drove the move like I told you clowns the entire time. Our athletics admin has retained relationships with SEC officials since 2012.

texsa had to mothball their stupid ESPN LHN deal to make the move with us so what's your point there? Do you even know?

Are you really this stupid?

clueless sooners, Texas & ESPN worked out a deal the minute the Big12 Tv deal would not be negotiated early. Ou simply rode Texas coattails, like they always do

Alabama leads the series with LSU 14-11 this century.

This century Alabama/LSU are 1st/2nd in most national championships and most SEC championships.

Prior to 1980 LSU rarely beat Alabama and bama fans love to talk about it (and Tennessee fans since they have nothing else), but over the past 25 years LSU/Bama has absolutely been a bigger rivalry than Bama/Tennessee.

I think to call it a bigger rivalry would be a mistake, but in recent years Alabama fans have definitely been more concerned with LSU than Tennessee, because LSU has been their biggest obstacle to winning the west. There is certainly more hatred between Alabama and Auburn fans (if you've ever lived in the state of Alabama there is no disputing this), and maybe to a lesser extent gray haired Alabama and Tennessee fans, but LSU has definitely been their chief concern during the regular season for the past two decades. All you have to do is look at how many more posts they start on this board about LSU than Auburn or Tennessee.

I agree. OU/Texas game is not a top SEC rivalry game. Never has been and never will.

Divisions did this to all rivals. LSU was so much a product of Nick Saban on top of being a West opponent. But the last 15 years doesn't make the rivalry historic. Besides, there were a lot of lean years lately with Orgeron and Kelly to make it the nuclear rivalry it was under Les Miles.

The SEC is trying mightily to hang on to what was as if they can recapture the magic. I personally think with divisions gone BAMA will have other SEC teams step up and have a few more "Games of the Century."
