TAMU was a decent fricking team who had bad bounces all season. They had the potential at the beginning of the season to be a top 10 team and shite just didn't fall their way. They almost beat Oklahoma St the week prior you fricking moron. OSU was the #2 team in the country and lost to Iowa fricking State. Your arguments are moronic. They don't make a lick of fricking sense because what you're arguing for is that rankings don't mean shite at all when in fact they mean everything. Arkansas was in fact a top 5 team for 2011. What does it matter if they wouldn't be a top 5 team the year before or next year. The point is they were a top 5 team in 2011. The point is the SEC has never had a #1,2, and 3 all in the same week damn near at the end of the season.

Just think about the great teams we had in 09 and 2010. Arky, Bama, auburn, Florida, Uga,and even miss state won some decet games. We were down from that.

Ok. Arky played 2 good teams and were destroyed. You played 3 shite teams and struggled to beat them. Yes y'all were definately top 5 team.

I'm saying at no point in the history of the SEC were there ever 3 teams as good as LSU Arkansas and Bama at the same time. Never in the history of the fricking entire college football would I put the top 3 teams at any point in SEC history against the top 3 teams of 2011.

In the polls the sec will always get love. Who outside of LSU Bama and arky were good in our league. If you can't name anymore good teams, sec was down. We usually have more than 3 really good teams. Just look at 09 & 2010.

A shite conf that was number 2 only to the SEC. At a point during the season it was argued that top to bottom the Big 12 was better than the SEC in football. I'm not saying TAMU was a great team but they had the potential to be and shite just didn't pan out. They were 2 plays away from starting the season 5-0 and being #3 in the country. By the time they lost back to back games to OSU and Arkansas, they lost all motivation for the rest of the season.

Also, when has a team with no qb run I've the entire sec like LSU did? We were down. Sorry. Tenn wasn't good auburn wasn't good and Florida sucked. If you can't see that then I'm sorry. I know you wanna justify the sec being good because arky had a good year but we weren't as good as we were in 2009&2010

You are a hopless cause. Probably the most ignorant poster to ever grace this board. Your argument is the SEC was down when for the first time in history they were 1, 2, and 3 respectively. 3 Teams finished in the top 5 and we also finished with an awesome bowl resume as well. Believe me, I agree that LSU and Bama were far ahead of the pack but that's because they were just that good. The rest of the SEC was still playing football, and never in the history was the SEC as powerful as it was in 2011. I think 2012 has the potential to surpass even the 2011 history which would be momumental.

Of course they were. Name the 3 teams that were better at the end. OSU? Oh wait...OSU had to come from behind to beat a shite TAMU team. Beat them by less points and also lost to Iowa fricking State.

Well since you struggled to beat a team LATECH BEAT ON THE ROAD, I'd say a lot of teams were better. Oregon , Oklahoma st, west Virginia, wisky,Stanford. That's just off the top of my head. It's not like you struggled in one game. Like I said. You played 2 good teams and weren't competitive in either. That's a fact. Sorry if you can't handle facts.

OSU also needed a miracle to beat KState. The same Kstate team that Arkansas skull fricked while they were playing their best ball of the year. Yes, Arkansas was a top 5 team in 2011. Were they a top 5 team of all time? Hell no. But they were a top 5 team in 2011. College football is played every single season. A Heisman is given every season. It's not a lifetime achievement award. We don't crown champions and do polls based off performance throughout a decade. It's lived in the now you fricking idiot, which is something you don't comprehend.

Yeah I'm the loser. Once again JR was a far Better qb than Flynn it wasn't close. JJ had a higher qb rating than Flynn but go ahead an continue to think he was great at LSU.
