yes and they used some of their precious real estate for that huge facility. In Chicago, you have to think about how you are using the existing land you've got, because you aren't going to buy out some adjacent farm and have another 80 acres to work with suddenly. I'd be angered if I was a NW grad student seeing that waste of space and money.
