The issue: Inferiority complex and a creepy fan base. Reminds of us of the ugly girl stalking the popular QB in high school.

The buzz: A&M once again reminded us that they are obsessed with the Longhorns. They really don't hate them as much as they want everyone to think. The Aggies just like to cry and bitch, so the folks in Austin will pay them some attention. Now, they are once again threatening to leave the abusive relationship that they just can't quit. In the classic battered woman pattern, the Aggies are looking to another partner (the SEC) that will belittle them and kick their arse on a constant basis.

I agree with everything he wrote. Thanks for the article.

Oh, that #2 ranking is just fine and the QB is just fine, but whenever it's brought out into the open, some of you want to whine.

Nice.

Yep.

Prominentwon and The Doc basically discredited any future posts being taken seriously on the SEC Rant.

principle.

Add to the fact that Alabama fans act as if one of them is just going to step in and nothing will go wrong and the ranking is justified.

Auburn-ish. I thought you guys were above that.

I've read that the breaking curfew is a tradition on the last day of practice. Seems like Coach Miles wasn't happy with that. Will the other players get in trouble for this, or just the ones that were in the fight?

you can pretty much assume the people who broke curfew will just get extra runs. i highly doubt they miss any game time for something that minor.

im proud of the 2nd ranking but it really isnt warranted. Why? because we havent even played a game. how the hell do they know the correct order of the top 25 when we havent even played a game? All we have done is practice. Practice? Yeah Practice. We arent even talking about the game, we are talking about practice. They arent ranking us off of in-game performance but rather practice.

This may be the best thing that could have happened to LSU and the coaches' curious infatuation with JJ. Mett is the real deal

From what I understand, they were in bed for curfew and then snuck out later, which is a little more sinister than just being late. A one game suspension wouldn't be that crazy.

If you want to take issue with the fighting and call it serious it is understandable, but your above passage is ridiculous.

Just sayin', the night before the Liberty Bowl when some Arkansas players did the exact same thing (snuck out after checking in), Petrino sent them home.

Now, suspending 22 players might not be the smartest thing to do if Miles wants to win, but it's the ethical thing to do.

L.O.L.

Its a tradition, one you can believe the coaches were aware of.

They arent suspending 50 players for going to a bar the night fall camp ended. Some of you people on here i swear.

the night before a bowl game vs the night before a day where they didnt even have practice. 3 weeks before their first game. great comparison.
