Also, this. Kamara is the most talented back out of UT since Jamal Lewis.

Fournette is 2nd in YPG and 4th in TDs.

Leonard fournette is doing way more in the nfl than any of bamas overhyped running backs

His rookie season, so far, he is listed 7th overall with 629 yards on the season, 6 tds, averaging 89 yards a game, 25 first down rushes and 1 fumble.

facts.

Is ypc the end all be all metric for how good a running back is?

What ever metric can be used to try and troll LSU fans, Tuscaloosa will latch to it. It's how he rolls.

Pretty much, because you can be a terrible RB and still manage to gain a lot of yards if they’re force feeding you the ball. See Trent Richardson’s rookie year - where he broke Jim Brown’s rushing record.

Mark Ingram and Derrick Henry are both averaging higher YPC than Fournette. Fournette can’t hold Ingram’s jock.

Oh so now he's a 'terrible' running back? Man GTFO.

Inflated due to sheer number of carries. His two - yes, that’s right, only two - carries of 20+ yards are also inflating his barely average numbers.

Your reading comprehension is lacking. I used a terrible RB to highlight my point that accumulating a high number of rushing yards can be deceiving. LF isn’t terrible. He’s pretty average, though, and that’s being gracious.

Fournette is "Barely average" but Ingrams .3 YPC and 1 more TD means Fournette "can't hold his jock".

Like I said, you just aren't very good at this. The key to trolling is subtly, just FYI.

My comprehension is fine. Fournette is regarded as a one of the better running backs currently in the NFL. Your lack of knowledge regarding the NFL and how backs are graded is not surprising.

That’s because he’s 3rd in the league in attempts per game. They’re running him into the ground, even when he’s not performing well. Last week he was averaging under 2 yards per carry, and they still handed him the ball 17 times.

Fournette is better than any rb bama has put in the league EVER. He's the best rb to come out of the sec since 2006 without question. He's one of the best rbs in the league right now as a rookie, and he will only get better. Fournette will be a nfl hall of famer, none of the others will be...period.

Take your Fournette hate campaign to the Bama board where we cant post. You may find some that agree that Fournette is average (and that's being gracious).
