And what is Ohio St's win % vs SEC teams in bowl games? Asking for a friend.

Tell your friend this is not an Ohio State vs SEC, or anyone else thread. This is simply the top 10 win% and nothing else. The fact that Ohio State is #1 had nothing to do with why I posted it.

The SEC is just a bunch of small-time schools dickriding 1 or 2 teams.

OK.

Well, you're 15-23-3 against Ohio State.

This has nothing to do with conferences. Every league has weak teams. Georgia and Alabama were the only schools that would have been competitive in the B1G.

Now, do losses to SEC teams by Ohio State this century. While you're at it, do last century, too.

That's not how this thread works. It is not what any of this is about.

Yes, we're all aware that they give pity votes to teams in other conferences to pretend there's parity in college football.

Of course it does. You play in a weak conference. The people who rank teams will give the weak teams in your conference a top 10 nod just because they want to pretend your conference is on the same level as the SEC.

My only takeaway is that this highlights how bad Florida has been since 2010- undid everything that happened from 2000-2010

Hell, as bad as Bama was up until 2007, it’s remarkable that we’re in the top 3. A testament to Saban, for sure.

Bama is reverse Florida.

Found this interesting and thought I would share it here since several SEC teams are near the top.

2. Ohio State .836 235-46
3. Oklahoma .818 239-53
4. Alabama .779 229-65
5. Georgia .759 220-70
6. LSU .750 213-71
7. Clemson .742 216-75
8. Oregon .724 202-77
9. USC .711 197-80

The SEC was just Georgia this season. The B1G had Ohio State and Michigan. I think the B1G won more bowl games against the SEC.

You do realize that Bama had to vacate a number of games. The actual number of real wins is around 250.

Follow the rules and you won't have to vacate games.

TCU and Michigan clearly shouldn’t have been there.

21 vacated wins so we’d be right at 250-65, 0.794.
