Sickening to watch a kid throw his future away.

Not as impressive as Henry Ruggs doing 156 MPH without police chasing him

Don't forget sitting on the side while a lady and her dog burned to death in the car he hit.

Ruggs should kill himself and save us all the dog and pony show trial.

Crying?

I got a DUI my freshman year in college. I cried in the back seat of the cop car telling him my dad was going to whip my arse. I was right.

Feel sorry for him? No! When I was his age I was wondering if I’d see tomorrow’s sunrise everyday for a year in Nam. I lost 4 good friends in that year. I could give two shites for kids that stupidly throw their good fortune away. Don’t understand it and NEVER will.

Feeling sorry for an 18 y/o kid who fricked up and possibly pissed away his football career?

It's more like "damn that's a shame" and then I look to see what's on tv.

Ya, you feel sorry for a kid that drove 140+mph away from the cops, the lied about it while having 1/2 lb off weed and shite in the car? That kid made adult decisions deserves whatever consequences he gets. Nobody should feel sorry for him.

Maybe it's possible to feel sorry for him and also think he deserves to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

This shouldn't be fun or funny. Kid f'd up big time. Maybe his reaction is fooling me, but those tears tell me he was in way over his head, he knew it, and he ain't about it. Nothing funny about a kid with million dollar talent getting eaten up by the streets and/or making stupid decisions and becoming another statistic. It's a shame these guys with so much talent won't wake up and leave the bullshite behind them.

Sounds like a man who got a car and had a fat stack of cash from his first NIL check and one of his down-home buddies talked him into doing a drug buy with it.

Granted, I bet he does smoke but I wouldn't be surprised if that is the first time in his life he'd seen that much marijuana in one place.

These kids deserve the money but I fear many of them are going to make dumbass mistakes with it.

Could he not just claim he was going to pick up a teammate and had no idea that stuff was in the car?
