But they missed the blatant one in the TAMU game because, ya know, Bama privilege. Could have easily not called this one either

I don't remember that one.

This is clear ejection. Anyone who doesn't see it is retarded.

Is this the whole point of your thread? I don't care to go down this road again.

This is a penalty.

Did Stan White have any comment about the number of penalties in the game for each team?

Speaking of Tony Brown, how do Bama fans feel about him? So far has he been a slight let down considering he was a 5 star recruit? I was upset when he committed to Bama over LSU.

Verne - This could present a problem
Gary - Yeah, they'll have to put another 5 star out there

That was pretty damn funny

eat an aids infested dick. It's nearly impossible to make that block without the helmet hitting first unless you fricking squat before you launch. he clearly LEAD with his shoulder, however leaning to the side tends to put ones head in front of everything else. It's called anatomy and geometry.

Keep your extra fricking chromosomes to your damn self

By the book the play was an illegal hit.

I HATE the rule, but the right call was made.

Wow. You're dumb and trashy. Quite the combo.

He hit him too high. It's friggin helmet to helmet. If he hits him in the chest or rib cage, it's all good. Like I said, you can hate the new penalty, but it is the rule now.

It was clear as day targeting. I don't see what the issue is. I don't like the rule either, but that's another argument.

Hate to say soccer is correct about anything but the yellow card/red card type penalty would be more appropriate for this foul. 15 yard personal foul in either case, with either a warning or ejection.

Rule now is either black or white. Obvious that, in some cases, there are some shades of gray.

That's what I was thinking as soon as Verne said that.

He led with his shoulder, and force applied to opponents shoulder. Helmets happened to hit. BS call, and I'd be pissed if it got called on LSU

meh, according to the rules they got it right BUT I still think football is headed towards wearing flags one day.

Oh, I got my bell rung...yea, its football. Go play tennis or soccer.

I thought it was on the line and could have gone either way, and that has been the case with the majority of those calls I've seen no matter who they go against. Very subjective criteria.
