Hey, I am a Cowboys fans since when Landry was there.

That picture of their yell leader giving hand signals was a joke but they really do have hand signals they all do before each cheer.
The boys in their tight white pants do the hand signals to the first couple of rows of fans.
They turn around and do the hand signals to the fans in the middle.
The fans in the middle turn around & signal the fans at the top.
Then they start the cheer.
I have been to a couple of games down there.
The couple my SO and I went with literally missed a punt return for a touchdown because they were turned around giving the hand signals to the people above them. Everybody in the middle section missed it.
There was no spontaneous yelling. Everything is done in unison. It is loud but I found it really boring. It is almost like being there doing the cheers together is more important than the actual ballgame.

From a native Texan, UTexas sidewalk fans have them both beat. You know all those Cowboys fans that everyone in the NFL hates? Well, a lot of them are also UT fans.
There are a lot more of the UT fans like that around Dallas now. Back in the 80's and 90's when Jackie and RC were winning big, there were tons of fat Aggies in Wal-mart jerseys all over Dallas and East Texas.
That was when they had that one slum lord apartment owner who was paying all of the Dallas recruits a weekly pay check even though half of them were still living in College Station. Greg Hill was one of the players. I bet every kid in his neighborhood had a Wal-mart jersey as well as every kid in Tyler & Longview. Greg Hill bio

The only blemish on his career at Texas A&M was his involvement in a scandal in which 9 players received money from a booster for work that they did not perform. This led to an NCAA investigation that resulted in Texas A&M being put on probation and being banned from television appearances and postseason competition during the 1994 season. The timing of this penalty was particularly painful for Aggie football, as the team was unbeaten that season, yet unable to participate in a bowl game. Many Aggie fans felt jilted, as Hill declared early for the NFL draft just days after the NCAA sanctions were announced.

We could revive the old Pearl Brewery (San Antonio) down in Louisiana (where y'all could brew up a new & improved batch), start poppin' open some fresh, cool ones right in their faces ...tellin' 'em dat dey can't have nairn.
They would be behaving like a pack of hound dogs, fighting and salivating over a newly discovered repository of long lost bones.

I am really starting to hate these A&M assholes. Now I really hope they join the SEC.
LSU fans, do I have your permission to steal your tradition and throw piss bombs at the Aggie fans in my neighborhood? I think it would be a nice way to welcome them to the SEC.

If you ever served in the military with anyone from the AtM Corps of Cadets, you will understand how obnoxiously insecure and overcompensating they are. The officers have Little Brother Syndrome from 2 sides: they know their school will always be in the shadow of the Horns and they are extremely jealous of West Point and Annapolis grads.

The flow of your loins is just your period, you ignorant loudmouthed sl*t. You'll come over to the SEC because your sorry conference is dying on the vine from the short-sighted greed of sip u. and the fact that OU hasn't got the balls to stand up to them.
You'll take your arse-beatings and like it until we toughen you up from your lazy days of prancing around in the sissified Big 12. Then you'll compete and then you can talk smack.
Until that day where we finally beat you into realizing that what worked to get you 8 wins in that powder puff league won't get you 4 wins in ours, none of this Texas chestbeating bull**** means anything to us other than you might need longer beatings than most.
Hope you come over. Welcome to the SEC, pissant!

What a pathetic bunch of people.
They've been playing 3rd fiddle in their state for a while. TCU has passed them by on the gridiron, they strive to be better than Texas but always come up short.
They have one of the shittiest stadiums in college football. So bad in fact that there is a bat migration to Kyle Field, and they think that is a good thing.

Did they ever get the signs lit?
I have never experienced anything as "strange" as an Aggie game at Kyle Field. It's loud, but who gives a frick because the fans are just yelling because they are there for the chants- not the game. It's bizarre. That's why even when they get their arse beat, they don't give a frick and still celebrate their Aggie pride. Try sitting in the first few rows within feet of the yell leaders. NEVER again.
College Station is boring as hell and a strip mall town in the middle of cow pastures.

I almost want us to invite Baylor instead of A&M just to piss off the Aggies.

Have we thought about what it will be like on the SEC Rant having Aggie and possibly Clemson/Va Tech fans on here?
