Refers to "tea-sippers"
Basically, saying that UT thinks they are better than everyone else.

Just saw it. So basically A&M=State and UT=OM.
In the sense that OM/UT are money and State/A&M are country boys.

From a native Texan, UTexas sidewalk fans have them both beat. You know all those Cowboys fans that everyone in the NFL hates? Well, a lot of them are also UT fans.
