LSU "beats" Tennessee 16-14 at home.

Georgia crushes Tennessee 41-14 at home.

Therefore, Georgia > LSU.

Discuss.

It does in reverse order.

We beat Florida by 25 and LSU beats them by 2. All of a sudden, we are irrelevant and they are NCs.

That's kind of like saying:

Auburn beats South Carolina

South Carolina beats Alabama

Therefore, Auburn and South Carolina > Alabama.

Not to quibble, but 33-29 = 4.
Also; yes, LSU beat Tennessee by 2 and Georgia beat them by 27, but how do you figure this:
Miss. State beat this same Georgia by 12, but
LSU beat Miss. State by 22.
Each game is a different mini-season.

so why didn't you start a thread discussing each game being a mini-season instead of about LSU being a NC contender and bama being a also-ran?

LSU crushed MSU, who lost to AU by 3, who beat USCe, who trounced Bama

Therefore

LSU, AU, USCe, and MSU > BAMA

To put Bama in perspective, Bama loss to ULM and Utah so Bama is the worst team in football ever.
