Bama has the talent and length at guard to take advantage of our undersized back court on the perimeter. Flanigan will need to have a big night defensively if auburn is going to win as he’s our best combination of size and defensive ability.
I could see both teams scoring well into the 90s.

Based on AU's history there, I fully expect several ticky tack fouls called early to get our key guys in foul trouble. Bama will hit 3's and will likely jump out to a 10 - 15 point lead in the first half and then hold on for a 5 point win.

This Bama team reminds me a lot of some of Mark Gottfried's better teams in the first half of his Bama days. They are talented enough to beat any team on any day (Gonzaga, Houston) but undisciplined enough to lose to anyone on any day (Davidson, Iona).
If they grow up during SEC play they can be a Final 4 team. If they don't, they could easily lose their first round game.
Having said that, I fully expect them to beat Auburn at home.
