Another team from Texas actually beat Bama last season.
They finished 8-4 and just lost to Appalachian State this year.

Even Texas fans didn't give us a chance, I know I didn't. Because we've seen the product on the field for the last 12 years.
This was different though. The players actually showed some heart and had best team in the nation, coached by the GOAT, on the ropes. No excuses, we had our chances and didn't capitalize. But it was nice to see a Texas team finally play with some fire in its belly.
We'll see if Sark can keep the same intensity for teams we deem lesser opponents. That's Texas's problem. We play up or down to our competition, which is why the move to the SEC bodes well for us. If y'all thought A&M recruited well because of the SEC, wait until big brother comes around.
