Do LSU fans come up with conspiracy theories and try to contact the FBI when Florida beats them? No? Yea I'd disagree with that notion...Alabama is on their most hated list and they know it.

We don't have a rival, and if we did, it wouldn't be Florida.

I hate Bama more. But, LSU/Florida is the best rivalry considering all sports and I agree with the post a few above that said it is because we have the 2 best programs in the league, and therefore, 2 of the best in the country. I think LSU is the only school other than Florida to win the SEC All Sports trophy.
Alabama had a handful of years when they won the championship in golf, football, softball, and gymnastics and their fans thought they were the best program and could not be convinced otherwise. But, it still paled in comparison to Florida and LSU where winning championships in more than one sport is commonplace and they still finished behind in the SEC all sports trophy and the national ones (Directors cup and Capital one). Bama fans are so delusional, they think that when they discovered they had a wee wee that they thought they were the first ones to have one for a decade longer than anyone else.

Although, while it's mostly about football, AU-UGA has a much more IRL rivalry than UF-LSU I think. More history, more proximity.

LULz... common place my arse... haven't EVER won a Basketball NC .
Baseball is the only of the 3 that could be said as commonplace and it's been 10 years ... won it once in the past 18 years.
Ls8u isn't close to UF and I find it hilarious that y'all are trying to lump yourselves into some Elite group with UF

That is kind of sad imo. Florida has Georgia, but we also have FSU, Tenn and Miami. Rivalries make it so much more interesting. We used to have a rivalry with Auburn, but it was killed by expansion.

I agree, Florida and LSU are typically above average in at least 2 out of big 3 sports most years.
