Losing sucks but have to see if this recruiting class comes to fruition and if coaching improves. Team doesn’t quit and plays hard. Mertz has exceeded expectations. Cannot keep firing coaches and expect things to immediately improve. ...

Their losses were to UCF and Southern Miss. Absolutely a great year and bowl win, but not worthy of being ranked above Bama. Unless you think LSU and Tennessee are akin to the two aforementioned teams. I think LSU and Tennessee are far superior teams. ...
