In support of the trees at Toomer's Corner.
To me, that's equally as disturbing as the Auburn fans who plan to attend the "vigil" tomorrow night.
Send your money somewhere else... Compassion International, Saint Jude, Starving children in Africa.
This whole thing is flat out bizarre.

Difference is Bama fans might feel responsible or guilty about this. Want to clear there name / fan base reputation by saying "hey look how much $$$ we donated, that one guy was just some rogue radical" Where as its hard for most, if any people, around here to feel guilty or at fault or like its their problem for international hunger etc.

I think this is the equivalent to people who go to church because they are scared the devil will get them. Not because they actually want to be spiritual people.

Dear Alabama (the state of),
It's just a game.
Those were just trees that are replaceable.
You guys are nuts.

Not really is UA is partially to blame for never making it clear that such a prank would be looked down upon

Not sure what you are trying to say...got a couple of extra (or missing) words.
Are you trying to say that is was UA's responsibility to let the world know that it was not OK to poison auburn's trees?

How many trees are will die? I don't think it will take 3 grand to replace them. Go to Home Depot or something.

But then again, It does take over 3000 dollars to plant a 20 dollar tree.
(I have no clue how much a tree costs)

I'm not sending them shite. The guy was a total douchebag for doing it, but AU has enough money to plant some new trees without my help.

Who pays for trees, grab an acorn, BOOM, you got a tree...

Dude, they're not going to plant seedlings. They will have large trees trucked in complete with root system.
