Doesnt blinn also have a third campus?
Two more, actually. Tiny little "campuses" in Sealy and Schulenburg. Barely worth mentioning. I don't think that they offer a full course load.

Kattie Turner is the name of the volleyball player.
Also, a fight between Texas Tech and UTEP fans before their game on Saturday.

Never been there, but Lubbock will always be alright with me for giving us Buddy Holly.

I dunno about the 90s heavy metal part but yeah the country is pretty obvious, I mean it's still West Texas. A lot of the good TX country artists went to school there

And know how to drink. Tech isn't one of those places where you have to get wine coolers or tequila with limes and salt to party. Those girls drink cheap beer like its water.

I was talking about Blinn girls but the same thing applies

Huge all over West Texas and east New Mexico. I think all the wind, dust and being away from civilization taps into that headbanging rage. I remember growing up there the fans would try to make every concert a mosh pit, even like soft rock.

In my experience the Blinn girls are the ones that can smoke you under the table. A marijuana shirt there is the official pussy magnet.

I go out to Midland for work a couple times a month and haven't experienced it. Most of the people I am with out there though are Houston transplants

The embodiment of blinn is the security guard smoking a cig with students right in front of the sign that says tobacco users on the campus will be fined

Well yeah, Midland is for the white collar worker who isn't big enough to live in Houston. If you want to see real West Texas, like the people who actually put together all those oil wells, you have to go to Odessa or West Odessa.
Actually don't do that, its a violent place and a bad idea...

Texas Tech fans are some of my favorite in the nation. They are passionate about their team and generally very friendly. Although they don't have a ton of great success, they remain one of the most loyal fanbases I've ever been around.
