Disagree strongly with this. I don't expect UGA to win the national championship this year, but UGA is talented enough right now to play with anybody.

I don't expect t get blown out by anybody. My point is we are a year or two away from winning a National Title....or at least going into a season expecting to win it.

I agree I don't see Georgia being blown out by anyone (unless they drop the ball on the season, which I also doubt, set up too nicely).

SC game will be 50/50 due to it being early

LSU hard game crowd wise. I will revisit after I see LSU in action. Also UGA losing to SC won't effect this game.

Auburn......I just hope to make it pass Washington then we can talk. Until then Auburn has a lot to prove in Athens.

Love how Georgia fan keeps referring to that Troy game. Short memory y'all have. Barely escaping Nicholls State only the year before!

And it was only referring to the LSU poster saying that we underperform. So, yeah, the Troy reference was appropriate.

God you guys are some vaginas. Hell, if we had 1/2 the talent as you I would not be screaming two more years.

We are realistic. we don't scream "15-0 'ship!" every year.

All we needed was one guy to win it.

Really? You really think your 2010 team only had one guy? Fairly certainly did not help win? Michale Dyer was no good? Clayton? Ziemba?

A few years ago, it was, Kirby can get us there in a few years.

Well, this is his third year and I think next year could realistically be they year.

I am confused. First we are insufferable for saying we are good, now we are beta?

Everybody is insufferable when they are confident. Thats how the world works. and you guys have everything you need right now. You were very close last year and you have more talent this year.

Schedule is easier. QB is more experienced which is one of the most important parts.

Should be nothing in your way.

Every bit is reasonable. My honest opinion?

I think we win them all but one. The one that worries me is Auburn. I am not saying we will win them all, but I think we do with a possible exception of Auburn. The front 7 of Auburn is nasty good. Our OLine should be nasty good, too, though, so I think it will be an all out war.

UGA football team should be worrying about one thing at this point: Austin Peay.

Win that game and prepare for the Gamecocks.

My confidence level is rising every year.

Hey do you know anything about Lake Wedowee? if you do, would you contact me at Blueknight75@Hotmail.com? I am looking for information about it.....my wife and I are thinking about buying some lake front property and was curious if there is anything we need to know about that area of Alabama. If you know about the lake, just put Lake Wedowee in the subject line so I know it is you.

Didn't most UGA fans say the same thing last season? And we were one bad OS call away from winning the NC.

Sure do. I also have some friends who live over there and run the big Marina on the lake. I am in Mexico right now chilling on the beach. I will be back in the states Saturday night so remind me next week or email me to remind me.

For the first time in a long time UGA finally proved they could be better than a paper title contender. I remain optimistic but I never felt good about last season until we won the SEC. I still felt like last year team was deficient in to many areas as we seen VS OU/Bama but we were able to find ways to overcome them. This year I expect the team to actually be improved and worry more about letdowns than trying to mask deficiencies.

2 QB's that could star on any team

Yet only one can play at a time.

Swift @ RB, NFL receivers in Godwin, Mecole H and the transfer may be better than both

Yet, not the only team with NFL WR's and RB's on the team...

And count 'em, five 4 and 5 star TE's

UGA gonna use 4 TE's at once?

Two tremendous defensive linemen in Ledbetter and Clark and the best kicker in CFB

UGA will in no way have the best Dline. Prob not even top 5 in the SEC...

Other than that basically an Ed Orgeron LSU that very well may get him fired

We comin!

As far as the east goes, looks like it's shaping up to be a November battle in Lexington for the East crown.

That's crazy...conference basketball games won't even start for at least another month.
