Les did more with saban's players than saban did.

When Miles has less than two losses in a season, people might start to take real notice. Until then, he's just a vastly superior Larry Coker. That may not be fair, but the casual fan is going to see it that way. Miles' "clock management" issues that pop up from time to time don't help. That being said, I've long said he's a solid coach. But that doesn't mean the majority of people, with no bias, see it that way.

I have not seen enough of this team to agree with that statement. The '06 and '07 teams would also be 4-0 at this point IMO. Very talented but very young. I think next season could be the best Tiger team of all time. If they get there this year, so much the better.

i was wrong about miles

hey everyone, see it's not that hard

look tons of "ranters" have already had to admit it, doesn't mean you think LSU will win it all or anything else

just means there is more to Les Miles than meets the eye and obviously he has constructed a pretty decent team after being labeled many un-likeable names by all fans, not just LSU

just saying........I'm being all nice today

I want Tiger fans to embrace him first.

Most coaches that are considered elite have had a season with less than two losses at some point. What's so hard to understand about that? And if you don't think Mile's issues with the clock don't make "experts" question him, then you're not seeing clearly.

Because they lost to the best team in the country (on the road) minus their two best defensive players?

Why are you looking for praise from other team's fans for your coach? If you like him, that is enough.

I could give two shits less what others think of Saban. If he wins and does his job, frick the opinion of other team's fans.

Someone else with reading comprehension problems. You read the first sentence, and jumped to conclusions. I concluded why Miles is viewed the way he is. I guess the fact that I said I think Miles is a solid coach was overlooked.

Miles record in the SEC and OOC make him elite. Your opinion means shite. I had doubts about Miles as well until last year. I think losing to a mid major (twice) would be more of a factor in excluding you from elite status than losing in conference.

Miles OOC record, his teams performance in big games and his recruiting make him elite. You can pretend all you want, and all it proves is you don't know what the frick you are talking about, and proving it on a public forum.

Again, I'm telling you that I think pretty highly of Miles. But like your cohort, you read the first sentence, and jumped to conclusions. Why don't you re-read my first post in this thread?
