No. Here's what I think. Originally, I was appalled by the hit, as I saw it live. Later when I saw the replay, it wasn't as bad as I originally thought.
Wade's mistakes were 1) not allowing punt returner to catch the ball 2) leading with his helmet, and 3) acting like a child on the sideline.
Wade did not taunt. If he did, show me the film.
The punt returner does need to learn to call fair catch, a second later and he would have been plastered and we'd be talking about how great of a play Wade made.
Finally, no one on here has ever played the game at the speed Wade was moving on that play. It is very hard to make decisions in that little time.
