My law enforcement connections tell me the accelerated hiring and training has been a complete mess, if not a disaster. This is probably for the best.

Giving BRPD a raise is great and they deserve it, but the issue is out of Mayor Sid’s hands. It’s entirely up to Hillar and the judges to actually lock up criminals, and neither gives a frick.

Most cops can only shoot just good enough to qualify with a human-sized target that isn’t moving. The did great stopping him tonight so not criticizing them at all, but that’s probably why he isn’t dead.
