Both looked pretty bad. This game isn’t on the umps, Etheridge was really bad and Arky squared up. The ump was also bad.

There has never been a game in any sport in the history of organized sports that Ole Miss has played in and lost where an Ole Miss fan hasn't bitched about an official.

Ump in OM/Ark game and LSU games have been really inconsistent...giving outside corner to lefties, but same pitch to righties not a strike...we got whooped, umpire had no impact...but tough on pitchers...I always pull for the pitcher and inconsistent umps drive me crazy

I thought Ole Miss would give them a good game. They came in with a lot of momentum. They're in a tough spot now.

there is something wrong when a strike for one teams pitcher is a ball for the other teams pitcher. there is definitely something fricking wrong. the low inside pitch that kessinger struck out on a hit and run causing a doubly play, was a ball against Arkansas hitters for 9 innings. when a pitcher is forced to split the plate to get a strike, hitters like Arkansas will tee off. Etheridge averages less than 1 walk a game. he walked 4.
