I also think some ole miss fans are huge douche bags and a lot of the hot ole miss girls are complete c-u-n-t-s

On here, knee jerk reactions in game threads and bringing up Bama every time we make a move.
In person, nothing. We have some pretty solid, good hearted people that support LSU. Every tailgate I've ever popped in I've been treated like I grew up down the street from the people running it. I don't like the shite some south LA LSU fans give north LA fans, but 95% of it isn't serious.

The idiots ruin it for me. We have the one of the biggest, most active free forums in college football, but it's the biggest cesspool as well. I only go back for recruiting news at this point. I have to go elsewhere for realistic talk because they barely know anything about our team, let alone other teams, and they are incapable of looking at the whole picture.
This place honestly kind of sucks too but SECTalk is dead, and my regular team-agnostic spot is a fricking ghost town even mid season now. I tried redditCFB but it is literally AIDS.

Our online crowd.
I cannot tell you how many times I have to do this
when getting online to catch up about college sports and seeing the cringe from some of our posters.
The only thing that keeps me from giving it up is the occasional posts where other fanbases say we are way better in person than on the internet boards.
Some people online just need to learn to roll with the punches. It is the internet afterall.

I talk shite but I generally don’t reach the levels of most. I haven’t been a “next year” fan in almost 20 years. I tend to be very realistic and reasonable. But as a Vols fan I get lumped in with the worst of the worst because I post a lot and do talk limited shite.

It’s rarely the people that have actually attending college at those schools that are the pricks about anything. At least to opposing fanbases.
I’ll chime in for State: our boomer fanbase has “poor ole state” syndrome. The type that says “you should’ve seen how bad it used to be and be grateful”. Annoying af.

I used to hate that our fans loved basketball to the exclusion of every other sport but our fan base seems to have done an about face. Football is a hot topic year round now, except with the old blue hairs, that is.
