Well there’s talk of canceling the Olympics in Tokyo to the tune of $850 million.

I doubt there’s going to be crowds at this point. But the games will still be played

The NCAA would hold march madness if there were projectiles flying towards the stadium.

They would just keep their paying customers out of harm's way, like they'll do with the CV incident.

Last year the NCAA pulled in $933 million in revenue from media rights fees, ticket sales, corporate sponsorships, and a proliferation of television ads anchored around the three-week-long tournament.

Not quite three times as much, but the Tourney generates a ton of cheese, regardless.

Cancelling would be a nightmarish scenario.

My view, more likely to play games with no fans, only family members of players who will be spread out in the arena, etc, along with TV crews and media, again, spread out across arena.

Japan is in the heart of the outbreak.

tNCAA literally can't afford to mess with that just yet.
