I don't care what ESPN keeps pushing.

Matter of fact, three of these should be 2 seeds, the other two should be 3 seeds minimum.

Agreed. All these teams would be a tough out in regionals.

I now understand why it infuriates SEC fans when good SEC teams who’ve played tougher schedules get left out over mediocre teams of other conferences. This is what OU fans have to look forward to I guess.

Thanks but honestly I consider being called a bubble team a massive compliment at this point.

Florida is the only one that should be in the bubble at this point

They'll both be in with their numbers imho .... then again, a lot depends on winners of other conference tourneys.

Florida will get in for their name, but they don’t deserve it. No offense to my Gator friends.

They are bubble teams because they aren’t hosts. They didn’t take care of business during the season, and must rely on the committee as a result

Florida should be and maybe to an extent Alabama. The other three should be shoe ins and nobody wants them in their brackets.

There is no need for it nor do I have any idea how you would implement it, but I would love a 16 team, two week true double elimination SEC Tournament in which each team treated it like a must win tourney. Its a glorified scrimmage for some and yet it is still a tremendous event overall.

They basically used to do that before expansion but it was decided, and rightfully so, that the tournament should mimck the NCAAs.

Now, since we'll have 16 teams (who knows) we may eventually end up with two 8 team brackets ala NCAA tournament format. If it would make the conference more money they'd probably do it tomorrow.

You will be lucky to get out of any regional. Speaking specifically to the losers from LA.
