I think I recall a clapping penalty on UGA or Kirby at some point, thought it might be a reference to that. Other than it being a reference to something like that, I don't see why it's noteworthy in the video. But people keep loling a little clap.
The only funny part of it to me is Marcus Freeman on the Sax. He looks so natural doing it. I use to be first chair saxophone.
