It was taunting - and they are emphasing the "standing over a player" this year. It was the right call, especially since Young was not even the one that made the play - he ran over to the guy to stand over him. Stupid emotional penalty that really sucked the air out of the stadium, if you were there you actually feel the change.

Yeah, it was definitely taunting. He stood over the downed opponent and acted like a jackass. And, IMO, the targeting was targeting. If that wasn't called, I'm not sure there should ever be a call. We just made some stupid mistakes - it happens. It still was a close game. If our qb was playing one of his better games, the outcome could have been different. I've got to say the Bama qb played great.

Sharp for LSU literally did the same thing. Was running up to players on the ground 12 seconds after the whistle. Braindead penalty, man.

yes the targeting was targeting as well. although, watching the replay I still think Burks was making a serious attempt to stay legal and it was not intentional - it just happened that the heads came together and that is getting called.

Another bad thing about the taunting (other than totally changing the atmosphere and momentum) was that it totally negated one of the BEST open field tackles you will ever see. I have not watched it again and am not even 100% sure who it was that made the play - maybe Catalon - he took the dude blocking him into the receiver/runner and tackled them both - no one there to help if he doesn't make that play. Then Young did his nonsense.

It might have been regional on when they were in commercial. I didn't see the replay at the time either. Helmet to helmet though. Even if the player turned sideways and didn't mean it, it still happened.

Jesus you gumps are fuggin clowns.

The SEC was scared sh*tless lil ol mizzou might beat the gumps and had at least three calls against mizzou that if we switch uniforms no shot they call them or give a bogus spot.

The fake punt spot alone was a fuggin joke and is all you need to know about how much faith the SEC had in bama winning that game.

Mizzou still may not have won but the SEC wasn't taking any chances.

If you honestly believe they don't have better video somehow of that spot well you're even stupider than I thought.

So when you're shaking that gay arse shaker next time remember that the SEC had to help the mighty gumps beat lil ol mizzou.

He stood in front of him leaned in more than over him. If completely over him, he would have had to step over him. I think it should have been a situation where the ref goes over and separates the players, gives Young a warning. That play was so costly. Instant shift in momentum. Was it stupid, hell yeah, but at the same time, like I said, how many do they call vs. let go..... So many I can't even count. Happens so often with no call. Just saying...

It wasn't called on the player that tackled the Bama player.

#9 came in and stood over the Bama player and that's what was called.

But you're probably too dumb to know that.

Mcrlroy is pretty consistent. No braindead takes, at least. The other guy sucks, lol.
