The Tunsil issue

Tunsil does not need to be interviewed. He's on record. The text messages will need to be explained. It was a system of paying Tunsil. The text show that... ie "Why does the amount keep changing, we had an agreement".
In the explanation, UM will have to explain the agreement, the increased amounts given, and explain why this agreement was NOT told to the investigators.

100% correct. He doesn't but that isnt what the OP stated. The OP stated he didn't need to be interviewed.... That he was on public record.

Yeah the ops logic on that is flawed. Nothing is on record per ncaa except the text which can be "taken out of context" very easily.
The ncaa still needs tunsil under the umbrella to do anything with what's known and out there.

I'm still trying to figure out how Means, Fluker, Cam and the rest of the players Ole Miss fans keep bringing up are going to change anything.
As for Tunsil, his interviews I'm sure were pretty thorough........and any deviations from what he told the NCAA to what is discovered with these texts can be very telling. Not sure if anyone remembers the words "not forthcoming" when describing the Tunsil suspension, which tells the NCAA, he was/is not above lying to coverup something.

The point OM can make with the Tunsil stuff is that Hillary Clinton lied to become president. Tunsil lied to play football. Let's keep things in perspective here.
