This metric appears to be strongly influenced by immigration, which explains CA, TX, FL, & NY.

Many Western democracies are nearly unsalvageable at this point. Canada might surprise you because it's just as lost and crazy as America is. Both are mired in pointless culture wars and not focused on serious issues because Western culture is too weak to confront them.
