The signs are there. Saban is losing his effectiveness.

I'm going to get flamed for this but I am going to say it anyway. Saban is losing his effectiveness and it's starting to look like FSU under Bowden. There was a time Bowden was losing his effectiveness but he was still signing top classes. I think this is where Bama is at right now.
Saban was absolutely neglectful allowing Pete Golding to stay at Bama for 4 full seasons as DC. Henry T., Christian Harris, and Brian Branch all look better as pros than they did in their last years at Bama. Talent is not being developed as it once was in Tuscaloosa.
The Tommy Rees hire. ND's offense (and defense) look a lot better since Rees has left. The numbers that get up and coming OCs noticed to get jobs like at Bama, Rees never put up. I watch a lot of college football on Saturdays and I see so many young OCs and head coaches doing so much with scant talent in comparison to Bama that it is embarrassing.
Saban is still out-recruiting UGA on paper yet Kirby is getting more out of his recruits than Saban.
Once Saban hired BOB the offense lost all creativity and that creativity doesn't seem to be coming back under Rees. Do you remember how creative Bama used to be in goal line situations? I remember Daron Payne lining up as a FB and catching a TD pass, I remember Kiffin using a guy who was a part-time lineman and TE to catch a first down pass near the goal line at LSU when Kiffin used hid him as an OL who went out for a pass. I remember the DL outside of Payne we used in goal line situations like Mt. Cody and Jesse Williams.
Why was Milroe never used in goal line situations when Bryce was the QB? Milroe if anything is big and strong. This was a misuse of talent.
I say all that to say the shot caller boosters at Bama should be looking for a new coach soon after Texas and Oklahoma come into the conference. The football program shouldn't be left to become dilapidated out of some misplaced respect for Saban.

And, for all the 4 and 5 stars on the Bama roster to start an inept QB like Milroe is disrespectful to the entire program. I've said before that in the transfer era a school like Bama should never have to suffer from inept QB play. But, Saban totally fumbled the QB situation. And, yes, for what Milroe is giving the offense I'm confident one of the backups could do what he's doing.
I read a statistic today that Bama, Air Force and one other Power 5 school are the only Power 5 schools with no red zone TD pass this season. I heard one of the College Football Nerds say with seriousness that Bama's offense is putting up triple option offense numbers. I'm embarrassed.

Rees was a surprising hire but I don't know that the Notre Dame offense is necessarily better just because of his departure.
I mean Sam Hartman is a hell of a difference maker and they've only scored 21 points vs Duke and 14 vs Ohio State.

This is fair. I will say I have heard former ND QB Malik Zaire say the current OC at ND does a better job of scheming guys open than Rees ever did especially for the WRs. Rees was criticized by some ND fans for throwing to the TEs too much and neglecting the WRs.

I don't doubt it. You've been wetting your panties for a month straight on the Bama board.

And still has fewer losses than Brian Kelly this season!

You've lost one game and don't have an elite QB after having two in a row. So now the program is dilapidated and Saban has lost it?

In that other thread you claimed Alabama has the best TE tandem in the country. You should want an OC that leans on the TE since they are the best.
If you are really an Alabama fan. Which you aren’t.
Can you name Alabama’s tight ends without googling? We know the answer LSU fan Shaft Williams.
