Michigan is 2-5 against the SEC the past 10 years while being the second best team in the Big 10 in that timespan.

With the bowls diminished and with the opt outs, it us not a very good indication of conference supremecy. I would look at reg season head to head non-conference matchups because they actually matter.
Plus UCF is one of the best teams in its conference where UF ended one of the worst
