They keep forgetting they've played two SEC road games and won them by a total of 13 points.

One of them was at Vanderbilt. The other was at Arkansas.

They don't play well on the road against SEC teams this season, and Kyle Field is a whole other level.

It's gonna be fun.

According to the CFP ranking committee the SEC is not overrated they are rated below the big 10 Acc big 12 in the rankings

Joel klatt say the sec is garbage.

Cowherd think the big 10 is hot

With all of the above the SEC is now underrated

Interesting how the "Currently #1" team in the SEC hasn't actually clinched a SECCG spot yet.

But another team has.

Not uncommon. Happens in other conferences too.

Welcome to college football.

Get back to us when you've actually beaten a non-scrub SEC team.

Missouri won the SEC East the 2nd and 3rd years after joining the SEC. I wonder if they felt the same way as you.

SEC is definitely down, but how many championships has the SEC won against other conferences in the last 10 years?

Texas hasn't even clinched a SECCG birth yet.

Since we lost at home, I'd say we've played better on the road or neutral site.

Kinda means you aren't at the top of the conference.

You're effectively still out on the golf course while UGA is the leader in the clubhouse. You COULD end up making the SECCG, but so could A&M.

The reigning Big 12 champs are currently #1 in the SEC.

The reigning Big 12 champs beat the perennial cellar dwellers from the SEC by 3 points. That is like struggling with a win over Kansas.

100 percent. Auburn lost to Cal but beat Ags. Arkansas lost to Oklahoma State but beat Tennessee. Oklahoma beat Houston by 4 but Bama couldn't even score 4 points on them.

You've also dominated at home.

If that game had been in Athens, it possibly would have been a nightmare game for the Longhorns.

Prove your point first. You're the one who made the initial statement.

Next year will be fun for UGA if we can find a solid QB.

Texas, Bama and Ole Miss in Athens. Only tough opponent on the road is Tennessee. Next toughest road game would be... Auburn? MSU? GT?

And a nice easy opening slate of OOC games for September to work a new starting QB in.

didn’t Texas lose to the only ranked team they’ve played?

Texas has only played one SEC team with a single digit sec ranking, and they lost at home. It's crazy to think about.
