Remember that the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling provides the equivalent of Citizenship to Corporations.

The SEC ISN'T a Corporation. It's an Association. That alone (in the Northern Alabama Federal) matter kills all the SEC's 1st Amendment nonsense in motions-practice.

Believe it when I tell you that no one wants the Supreme Court to broaden their infamous holding to include Associations as having 1st Amendment rights. It would become the "gateway drug" to Anarchy.
