Look the Vandy game this year of all the games probably ruined UGA’s chance at a three peat. Brock Bowers got banged up in that game and it really hurt UGA in the SECCG

Yeah, Travis Hunter got hurt playing North Alabama... Such a tough and physical team!

Literally not one single longhorn is saying it will be a cakewalk. All we're saying is aside from maybe 1 or 2 additional elite teams

The tell is who would be an elite team...a single one...that Texas and Oklahoma play regularly that is not Texas or Oklahoma? Because in the SEC it is usually 3-4 teams....

Ok fine. I watched Bama replace half its starting defense a few years ago. Bama was playing guys that had no business on the football field. Bama had two or three years in a row like that and then had to play Joe Burrow and that LSU offense one year. Look at what happened to Tua his last year at Bama. If he Tua was playing in the 1980’s instead of today with all the advanced sports medicine procedures then Tua would probably have never made it to the NFL. His career would have been over.

Next we’ll discuss playing in 100+ degree heat with 90+% humidity on a weekly basis.

Cheers to you for your response. Texas A&M moved to the SEC and won more even playing against SEC schedules. I'm guessing it's possible OU and UT can do the same. I suspect both will recruit better. Should be fun.

Excellent!

And then we can discuss playing in 38 degree freezing rain when you're from that environment.

There seems to be 0 correlation between stadium size and decibel level.

Zero?

I noticed most had over 60,000 seat stadiums.

Wait, they all had over 60,000 capacity.

Where are the 45K sized big 12 stadiums?

Size doesn't matter?

Are you sure?

So you just linked a top 10 list out of 128 teams that has 4 SEC teams on it.

I appreciate your input.

Johnny Manziel certainly helped.

So, this Big 12 squad with a freshman quarterback walked into the big bad SEC year one and torched it. The only freshman to ever win the Heisman ran circles around the incredibly deep, NFL full defenses, in really big and loud stadiums? How is that possible?

That one game is gonna be brutal as opposed to half your schedule.

This is why - bottom half of the SEC vs bottom half of the Big XII over the last 10 years in the NFL draft.

The bottom half of the SEC is more talented than any league in the country overall, and even more so in the front 7. State has put almost as many DL/OL into the NFL over the past decade as the entire bottom half of the BXII combined.

It's a gauntlet because physically you are playing against more guys on the other side that are big and strong and good at football than you are in other leagues.

To piggyback off this, in the On3 composite recruiting rankings, 11 SEC teams are ranked in the Top 25 as of today. 3 Big 12 teams are ranked, two of whom are of course OU and Texas.

Not really. OK is a place of weather extremes. It gets super hot and humid in OK too. We're an all-weather team. Are you?????
