The game should be rotated between different geographic locations each year.

New Orleans
Dallas
Houston
St. Louis
Atlanta
Tampa

It's ridiculous to have the game in Georgia and Alabama's backyard every year.

Which is why we should move it to Texas’ backyard?

You joined the league, learn your place son.…These are the rules. Championship game is in Atlanta and the SEC office is in Birmingham…That deal was struck a LONG time ago to keep the balance for East/West

It's just fine where it is. We've beaten the home team there before and we'll do it again!

I mean, LSU is the only team that regularly makes it that has to travel too far. Outside of LSU it’s almost exclusively been Bama, AU, UGA, UF, and UT - all relatively close to Atlanta - over the last 30 years.

I don’t know why you Texans keep suggesting Dallas. That stadium is half empty every time any college game is played there. Even when a TX school is involved.

St Louis? Tampa? Dallas? Ugh…..

Tell me you’re Not SEC without telling me you’re Not SEC.

If other teams make the game, is it still unfair? How do you think Texas will handle actually leaving the state to play games?

I'll let the SEC know your opinion and get back to you.

As a Texas fan, I wouldn’t be all that concerned about it.

Can one of the mods pin one of these types of threads so we don't have to go through this every 2 weeks?

Illinois is not in the SEC's geographic footprint.

When Nashville eventually gets their new stadium I believe we'll see it played there some. It has become the biggest tourist attraction in the South. They'll get a Super Bowl to.
