The reason LSU vs BAMA is special

It's real man football! We live in an age of hurry up no huddle, try to out scheme or fool your opponent football. While there could be a trick play or two in this game, it's not what this game is about.
This game, above all others, is about manhood, standing toe to toe and slugging it out.
Now obviously I'm a Bama Fan, I want us to win with every fiber of my body. I believe that Alabama will win.
But this I know with certainty. LSU will not back down. When they get HIT, the always Hit back. Some teams try to play physical, (UGA,ARKANSAS..TO name just two) but when things get nasty, they usually flinch. LSU doesn't flinch and neither does Alabama.
Regardless of who wins, it'll be a knock down, nasty, old school slug fest. It's my favorite game of the year

We aren't rivals. Auburn and Tennessee are Alabamas Rivals. LSU is just a great team.

It's time to admit that when it comes to the SEC West , Bama and LSU are rivals. Historically? No. That's Auburn and UT. That's just how it is right now, and I, for one , enjoy the shite out of it! Let's GO!!

Perhaps your definition of Rival is different than mine. I always pull against Tenn and Auburn, regardless of who they are playing.
But that's not true with LSU. I enjoy watching them play. I enjoy Les and the quirky things he says.
Bottom line: I hate Tennersee and albarn. I respect LSU and love beating them.
