His team is irrelevant, so the only thing he can cling to is the possibility of Bama beating us. He already know ATM isn't doing it this year, yet again.

#66 Ole Miss
#124 UL Monroe
#35 Georgia
#36 Arkansas

#70 Texas A&M
#21 Tennessee

I would say they have been pretty good.

And they are going to hate me for it, but it's true:

Since 2009, Alabama has had a superior team on paper, than LSU. They have had better QBs, better RBs, legendary O-lines, and public perception says a better head coach. On defense, it's been even. And we historically bring the better kicker.

What kept us in any of those games, whether we won, or it was a close loss, was a Les Miles reverse on 4th down, a pooch kick, a fake punt. Les saw what he had, and squeezed every ounce of talent out of those teams to keep us competitive. The NC game was us not recognizing that they were still better, going in a little cocky, and not conceding they had a better team, and we had to work just as hard as we did in November.

Now back to why we are so confident: We bring the better team to the contest for the first time in 6 years. It's debatable, but true. Fournette is better than Henry. Our RB's are deeper and better than Bama's. Our QB is better than Bama's. Ditto for our O-line. The same for our receivers. Give Bama the edge at TE. We have faith in our kicker. Bama has no faith in theirs. We love Cam Cameron. Bama nation hates Lane Kiffin.

Defensively, give Bama the edge, but they are not the world-beaters we have managed points against in the past.

Maybe our faith is misplaced, but their are definite reasons on paper for it.

Yeah, that's why Bama is a 7pt favorite in Vegas.

Rush Offenses Bama has faced so far:

#83 Wisconsin
#111 Middle Tenn
#66 Ole Miss
#124 Louisiana Monroe (3 away from dead last)
#35 Georgia
#36 Arkansas
#70 Texas A&M
#21 Tennessee

We can go through the motions, but this resume isn't impressive either, especially considering that Tenn still had about it's average.

BTW, we average almost 100 yards more than the next best rush offense you faced.

You've held for 30 less yards than the next best rush defense that we've faced.

Why are Bama fans so confident?

I'm sorry, I also forgot to warn you about the LSU TAX

Man, a lot of those defense look significantly different when you take 300 yards off their totals

But not top 5 rushing offense good, like LSU.

With all due respect, 'Vegas' has a business to run that takes into account recent history and home field advantage

Well informed gamblers should know the road team has owned this series. Everyone forgets that LSU is 11-5 vs Bama on the road since 1980.

This. I love how people ignore that UF had a top 10 rush defense the week before we faced them. I'm pretty sure Syracuse also had a purportedly great rush d before we faced them as well. Revisionist history, I guess.

Rush Defenses Bama has faced so far:

#7 Wisconsin
#39 Middle Tennessee
#111 South Carolina
#24 Ole Miss
#119 Louisiana Monroe
#35 Georgia (47 At 186 yards)
#20 Arkansas (46 At 137 yards)
#106 Texas A&M
#62 Tennessee (42 At 117)

Less impressive than LSU's resume, especially considering you didn't make teams ranking drop by at least 10 when you played them. You know, how we made Florida drop. UF's rush defense>>>>>>>>Wisconsin rush defense.

Next up:

#6 LSU

Again, why are you so confident with inflated stats because of your own team
