Everybody tripping on Harsin having a GF, not liking some players yadda, yadda, yadda. All that is speculative at this point. The real deal is hiring an OC in December and he quits to "spend time with his family" whe he is childless and unmarried. So the stated reason for quitting is obviously BS. The only reasonable explanations are 1.The OC is as crazy as a run over dog or he has substance abuse issues or both. 2. He got a good look at the team and the potential recruits and the facilities and decided to get out before he went down with the ship. 3.He decided that he could not live in the Auburn area for some reason. 4. Harsin is as crazy as a run over dog. 5.The perpetual in-fighting for control of athletics at AU scared him enough to leave. 5. The dysfunctional AU Fambly was more than he could bare

I suspect Substance abuse, I don’t know. we live in a broken society and it produces broken people. I was told before he was hired that there might be problems.

I never understood the hire in the first place. Hiring what amounted to an assistant QB coach to run an offense in the SEC…

Then again, that decision falls on Harsin, too. Any way you slice it, he carries that blame. He either didn’t fully vet his OC hire, or is running a program that nobody wants to be involved with.

Can we choose more than one? If so, I choose 4, 5, and the second 5(6?).

That is a lot of run over dog analogies and none of them make sense. How is a dead dog, crazy?

I wonder if this elite group of AD Complex associates held and exit interview with Mason.

Hope AU keeps Auburn. auburn will be an easy beat down in the fall. I'm already writing down the win 35 to zero even tho most years have been a close one on the field.

It could be alcohol.
