I am used to a bit more vitriol than what I have seen these past couple months. What am I missing?

Auburn is a good team with an elite defense and a QB that can lose a game.

I don't think many people are worried about Auburn because Bo Nix seems to be more of the same of what Auburn has had at QB since Cam Newton left. I don't know about everyone else but I picked Auburn to beat A&M and I had a lot of confidence in that pick because I just don't think A&M is a good team.

I'll reserve showcasing my insecurities for if Auburn shows out against UF. If it's a nasty 18-15 type game, I don't think you'll see much Auburn hate.

People don't really know what to make of Auburn with Nix at QB.

What has Auburn done to make anyone hate them?

The normal ones crying are too busy trying to pump their chest as each other (Bama, LSU, and UGA). The rest are so bad they are in hiding.

I swear y'all Aubies have been making the gayest fricking threads this week. Is it something in the water?

Bama/LSU/UGA/Auburn/UF are all undefeated right now. No one hates Auburn.

Yep, the supposed hatred is minimal so they start a thread to get attention.

Pretty sure it's a cycle.

One year Auburn is expected to win 10+ games then when they start showing cracks people shite on them. Eventually they fall on their face and everyone laughs at Auburn.

The next year Auburn is expected to like 6-6 and no one cares to make fun of them then they end up winning 10+ games.

We're in one of those years where everyone thought Gus was going to fall on his face.

Right now, Auburn's a bit one-dimensional. AU can run the ball, but passing's a different matter. Teams can/will load up the box and force Dix to throw and that's where AU's going to be in trouble.

Florida's defense will do that to you....and so will MSU.

Like I said. If they were all still worrying about their team's or lost a game with Auburn undefeated then they all be hating on Auburn.

I still hate Auburn very much. I apologize if I have done anything to make you doubt that hate. I will try to do better from now on.

GFY and have a terrible weekend.

So an elite defense gave up 20 points to a bad team?

It'd be temporary though, Auburn has no consistency beating Bama/LSU/UGA so the true hatred would only occur if Auburn somehow strung together a few years of beat downs on all three teams.

Hell, if Auburn could string together a few back to back 9 win seasons then that would be something to spark up a little fear.
