Point to the lie in that post. Be specific.

You assert multiple times in this thread that Alabama is certainly cheating, but you don't provide any evidence, substance, etc. to back it up.

He can't.

He's currently on a futile quest to find his balls.

They left.

I know one thing, if they'd just move the SEC headquarters out of Birmingham, none of this nefarious activity by Alabama would be tolerated.

Because he's a kicker from Hoover who wants to be at Alabama and his parents have money and are fine doing it. Could have had a 529 plan all set up and ready to go to pay for college, could have saved for years and would rather him kick at the place he loves than somewhere else, could be millionaires, etc. There are 100 different possible reasons.

It seems that his dad worked at AT&T until his death and his mom is a pharmacist so I doubt they're millionaires although a college fund is certainly likely.

Just seems odd that the #2 kicker in the country with multiple scholarship offers would offer to pay his own way although certainly not impossible I guess.

There are loyalty fans and would pay their own way to go there. Is that true for non athletes?

Why are LSU fans so petty, bitter and jealous ? Am serious about this question. I rarely comment but read a lot of comments and it is the same from every LSU fan. The only time they seem remotely positive is when they talk about 2019.

It's ok to just admit you don't know or get it. Showing that you don't understand it and then implying that because you don't understand it means it had to be "shady" or "unethical" is pretty low grade.

Its become clear that none of you really understand it neither because this has consistently become the hive mind response. If its so basic and kosher why isnt every top 10 program capitalizing off it? 247 guys who live and breathe this stuff wont and even cant fully explain it.

Alabama has had 15 guys leave early for the NFL over the last 4 years by my quick count. Alabama had had 8-9 guys transfer.

And, you are now arguing a completely different subject, which is the 85 man scholarship limit, than the subject of the 25 man signing cap.

It goes hand in hand because you dont just get to bank those scholarships.

Who the hell is coming from far away and walking on at Alabama?
That's what nobody seems to know. If you can count its a lot more than two.

Which is, of course, hilarious coming from fans of a program currently only able to have 81 players on scholarship because of

Top notch pivot. LSU fans arent the ones pretending recruiting violations dont exist within their program.

It does not, actually. The 25 cap is very specic early enrollees, greyshirts and the total signed in a specific class. The 85 limit had everything to do with transfers, NFL draft early leavers, etc. Some counts count for the 85 limit but don't count for the 25.

They're different discussions with different sets of rules and guidelines.

Ok, so we are in agreement that Alabama, LSU and basically everyone else in major college football mauever in grey areas.

The explosion in the transfer portals is for real but it's hardly the end of college football. More likely, it's the premature end of a lot of college players' careers. Kids are in that thing with zero prospects. They are betting on immediate playing time being passed very soon. From what I've read a third of these guys are walk-ons. A ton are from schools less than power 5. This portal carnage is soon going to look like a bug hitting windshields at the speed of sound.

Yes different set of rules but that doesnt deem them unrelated. What yall seem to be ignoring is for that to work recruits are paying thousands of dollars out of pocket when they dont have to and yall dont see that as strange or incredibly unlikely.

Of course. But it's puzzling that one program is operating in a very specific way that the other top programs refuse to. A lot of the Bama posters legit believe that Saban is the only one that understand the recruiting by-laws which is just a flat out absurd notion.

Alabama and Notre Dame signed 27 recruits this cycle. No recruiting violation occurred and no animal was harmed in the making of these rosters.

As a BAMA fan, I do wonder, why do you care?

Nobody, not even the Alabama recruiting nuts can explain how all that shite works.

This shite's been explained to everyone. And for some reason LSU posters refuse to understand.

Notre dame only signed 17 last cycle. Youre are too dumb to speak or have further discussions with me.

I dont so much care that Alabama does it. I find it interesting that no other program operates that way. Theres a reason.

Actually, you are apparently too stupid to simply go to a rival or 24/7 sight before you run your mouth and call folks out.

And you cant count or too poor for a 247 subscription. With the back counting and early enrolls their numbers are fine.
