Assuming it took 10 seconds to grab each item, put pen to item, then move to the next:
It took him over 2 hours 45 minutes to sign all that shite. You willing to bet your paycheck he did that for free?

I have little doubt that he's guilty. I highly doubt he's ever suspended or ineligible though, the NCAA has a terrible track record proving this kind of thing.
