Refer to quote above about miracle plays.
Refer to AM's last TD before the Hail Mary for lucky TDs.

I read what you posted but I have also listened to you whine about how Auburn is a gimmick and nothing but luck. Butthurt is still butthurt no matter how you word it.

I know that you've got Cameron, but he can't do it all alone.

Never seen a team crow so much over an oc that was fired mid-season in the nfl from a team that then went on to win the superbowl.

Plus they have Jeff Grimes "coaching" thier oline. So that negates any positives Cam brings

You mean the Touchdown that was reviewed from 14 different angles and still ruled a touchdown.

It really shows the incompetence of SEC referees to review the play from that many angles and still get the call wrong

Can you explain to me what about Gus's system is a gimmick? If we were running hook and ladders every possession ok maybe...but we basically just get the ball in our playmakers' hands and get them in position to make plays. Not sure why that's a gimmick.

It's not...there's your answer.

We ran between the tackles and nobody could stop it so they call it a gimmick and fire their DC.

I don't really see why any time an offense is highly effective it has to be a "gimmick". Same people who called Urban's system a gimmick just because they ran it so well.

Is this the new cult leader?

Also, still waiting on definitive video evidence that Murray didn't score. Until then, a QB running for a TD is not luck.

I haven't read this whole thing, but as to that play...it's close. I wouldn't bet my life on saying one way or the other whether it was or wasn't a score. I will say that Murray put on a hell of a show in the 4th quarter and I respect him for it.

Don't even try to reason what he/she posts. It's mostly incoherent, whiny babbling.

I agree with this.

I will say I don't know why people think the AU offense is a gimmick. It's just a new system (that really isn't even new, just a modified option offense, really)

You're exactly right. I know this is the SEC..but it's like any offense that isn't a pro-style, I-formation is considered some new fangled devil's offense.
