When you realize the democrats have lied to you, then you and everybody else will be much better off. If you think Hillary cares about you or any of us, you're sadly delusional

Because voters hear them mention a few words they recognize (Hillary, God, Military, etc.) and blindly vote for them without really understanding what the candidates actually stand for, or what the alternative views really represent. In short, people are stupid, and it's proven time and time again as the middle class votes for people who are paid by millionaires to look out for the millionaires.

Neither the Republican party or the government is your momma. What the hell is is it supposed to do for you? What exactly do you want the government to do for you that you shouldn't be doing for yourself?

I can name a few ... National defense, police protection, and interstate infrastructure. Plus...staying the frick out of the way.

Could not have said it better myself, sir!

because not all of us are looking out only for #1. Some of us are, instead, looking out for the country as a whole, which will go to shite if we continue down this path of being the biggest welfare state in the history of the world

Fiscal conservative??? You have got to be shitting me.

He has the 8th most conservative voting record since arriving in the Senate.

One of only five republicans with the nads to vote against the Hurricane Sandy relief bill, one of only 19 who voted against raiding the debt ceiling in 2011, etc.

I get that socially conservative "republicans" hate him because he flipped on amnesty and doesn't promise to repeal Obamacare, but that segment of the base can get fricked.

Go read his immigration plan and get back with me....not a damn thing conservative about it.

I love that he has a realistic view on immigration and amnesty, instead of the "We gotta DEEEEEPORT all the damn Messicans and build a big goddamn fence around da border!!!"

It's nice to see a republican work a real solution to that problem instead of pandering to the functional stupidity of a segment of the base.
