I am certainly not going to say LSU has put QBs into the NFL that have performed at an elite level in the league. Last guy like that was probably Bert Jones in the 70's.
But...LSU has gotten more QBs drafted (7) than any other SEC team in the last 20 years. Georgia is next with 5. In fact, LSU has more QBs drafted in the last 20 years than
ANY COLLEGE TEAM except USCw (with 8). And drafted = NFL check, which to recruits, is what they are looking for. So it actually is a pretty positive thing.
