That's all just speculation because of the fact Bond is supposedly meeting with the FBI today.
Doesn't mean anything is going to come out. In fact I would be surprised if anything came out regarding that situation.
Something else might though, who knows at this point.

Movie Idea:
I think we can all agree that this thread contains the storyline of a best selling book, and ultimately movie.
What if the screenwriter actually used this thread?
Follow me, the movie shows over the shoulder of random TD posters, posting, linking certain details of the story and then actually shows the components of the story as they unfolded -- as they are linked or told by the TD poster. They set it up by showing the poster actually posting and then show the real life happenings...they pan in.
This provides a storyline, maybe even out of order (akin to Pulp Fiction or 500 Days of Summer) that the viewer ultimately pieces together.
It would be a movie that utilizes the story and provides a real mechanism by and through which the story was revealed to thousands as the story broke.
I am not a screenwriter and this may be a crappy idea, but whatever.

what you are saying is the n.c.a.a. will allow all parents to request money as long as it's not from the university they attend or the player doesn't know. I can't see them allowing this precedent.
secondly, this isn't a court of law. you don't have to have the hard evidence to prove something. it's what reasonable people can conclude. did he break rules or didn't he? if he asked for money from one school why wouldn't he from another?
